This hand crank operated knife sharpener was made by, ‘Dazey’ It is signed in embossed letters and it reads, ‘Dazey Sharpit’ – ‘Made in U.S.A. – Patents pending – Caution – Hold Knife Lightly in Groove – Dazey Churn & Mfg. Co. – St. Louis, MO’. This sharpener measures 5 1/4″ high and at the widest is 3″ wide, and the depth to the end of the wooden handle is approximately 4″. This sharpener is attached to a piece of wood that measures 12″ long and is 3 1/2″ wide. –
