Figural String Holder Boy with Top hat and pipe

Boy with top hat and smoking pipe. Good all original condition. The boy measures 9″ high by approx. 5″ at the widest point. The string is dispensed through the boy’s mouth. Impressed with ‘MAPCO.’ The duct tape in this picture is keeping the string ball in place. The back is in good condition.
