Antique Victorian Rosewood Pole Fire Screen with original crewel handwork of two Chinese Pheasants. This Fire Screen would served as an aesthetic protection from the draft, and the ugliness of an unused, blackened fireplace. A beautiful bit of practical framed art, existing to provide both physical and artistic comfort.
