Original Gilchrist marked wooden handle ice cream scoop that is marked as the number ’31’ model has a 40 on the ring scoop. This hard-to-find scoop is the smallest in the series and is in good condition . This piece measures 9 1/4″ long and has a 1 1/2″ diameter ice cream scoop.
