Ice Cube Breaker – Lightning

Fantastic antique 1930’s era ice breaker. Called the “Lightning” Ice Cube Breaker. Made by North Brothers Manufacturing Company. Patented. Awesome antique piece for display. Cast iron body is painted light green with thick steel cup. Interior teeth grind ice cubes as you rotate the side handle. Crushed ice falls into the lower glass square. Bright red painted metal handle. While the piece has obvious minor wear from age it is in great condition. Has the original green glass container to catch the crushed ice 4-1/2″ square and 3″ tall. Front label reads Lightning Ice Cube Breaker. Back reads “Lightning” Ice Cube Breaker. No. 104. Reg. U.S. PAT. OFF. North Bros. Mfg. Co. Philadelphia, PA. Made in United States of America.
