This all original composition Kewpie doll dates to 1913 and still has its original paper label on the under side of the self standing platform that supports this cute doll. Also note that there is still the original paper red ‘heart’ label that reads, ‘Kewpie – Design Pat No 43680 Reg U.S. Pat. Off.’. The arms are movable and have the pink ribbons tied above each of the hands. This doll measures 12 1/2″ high and the diameter of the base is 3″ while from one arm to the other is approxiimately 7″ wide. This is a great all original find on a doll dating to 1913!
