Antique Large Cast Iron Hubley Grasshopper Action Pull Toy

This is an exceptional all original example of the Hubley cast iron grasshopper pull toy with the clicker mechanism for making noise. Note that this example even comes with the original spring antennas which have been removed to preserve them. This Cast Iron Hubley Large Grasshopper Toy is often referred to as Daddy long legs. This is a large version that measures 12″ Length with legs extended. This pull toy has action as when the legs move there is a clicker that creates a chirping sound. The large center Rubber wheel is marked Hubley. This toy is approximately 3″ high on the head and 5″ high when legs in upward position. The width of the toy is 4″ wide. There is an original tag that reads: It’s a Hubley Toy.  This is an exceptional find for the original condition along with the original spring antennas, one that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal collection.
