Art Nouveau art glass vase with engraved silver overlay, This engraved silver work is very detailed and note how both the top rim and lower base are encircled with the metal. Equally as beautiful as the metalwork is the “Silberiris” technique that specifically refers to a décor where a thick layer of silvery-yellow powder is applied to the glass, creating a distinctive opaque and iridescent appearance. This vase stands 10 3/4″ high is 3 3/4″ diameter at the widest and the base is 3 3/8″ diameter.
