A very nice original cast iron “Two Frogs” mechanical bank. This bank was made by J. & E. Stevens, designed by James H. Brown, patented August 8th,1882. and imitates, in comic fashion, a frog catching its prey, in this case a child’s coin. The small frog’s kicks the coin into the mouth when pushing down the lever on the back side of the frog. This bank is in good working condition. Measures 4 1/2 ” tall x 8 1/2 ” long x 3 ” deep.
