Antique Miller High Life Brew Beer – Girl on the Moon Advertising Tin Sign

Antique metal over cardboard advertising sign that advertises Miller High Life Brew Beer with the girl sitting on the moon while enjoying a drink. This sign measures 11″ wide by 17″ high. The wordage on this bottle reads, ‘A pure tonic beverage – High Life – Made and Bottled by Miller High Life Co. – Milwaukee, Wisconsin’. Note the small markers marking on the lower right hand corner of the sign that reads, ‘Amalgamates Lithographers of America’ – Dayton’. The Amalgamated Lithographers of America (ALA) is a labor union formed in 1915 to conduct collective bargaining on behalf of workers in the craft of lithography. The union remained in independent existence for nearly half a century. We would date this sign to the 1930’s. This sign is in good original condition with minor wear marks.
