Old Folk Art Carved Wood Climbing Monkey Toy

Here is a neat old piece of Antique Folk Art !! A totally hand carved and mechanical “Monkey climbing a Pole” Toy ! It is circa 1890-1920 and in excellent undamaged condition as found. Made for a Child years ago and still useable as such yet today. This toy measures 9 1/2″ long when in the downward position and with the monkey on top of the pole it is 12″ long. What a fun piece that will make you smile!!
