This is a remarkable art glass piece that features a full figured cupid silver-plated stand that is marked by it’s maker, ‘Middletown Plate Company – Middletown, Conn.’. And this piece is topped with a beautiful Mt Washington peach blow Brides bowl that has an amber art glass ribbon that encircles the top crimped edge. Note the detailed enameled floral design that encircles this brides bowl and is highlighted with golden enameled painted colors. The base at the bottom has a diameter of 5 1/2″. While the basket is approximately 11″ at the widest, and at the narrow points is 7″ wide. This is a beautiful piece of Victorian art glass, one you will not want to miss adding to your own collection!
