This is a unique antique napkin ring that features a monkey dressed in an eighteenth-century cutaway coat and a tri-cornered hat all while holding a cane which rests on his shoulder. Decorative floral engraving is featured on the top of the napkin ring holder. The bottom of this napkin ring is engraved with the markings, ‘Middletown Plate Company – Quadruple Plate – Hard White Metal – Number 72’. This napkin ring is in very good original condition.
