This is a carved bench with a great design. The arms have a winged griffin design with a carved lions face with mouth open. The back of the bench has a carved head that I assume is Bacchus was the god of the grape harvest. The seat in hinged and lifts up. Measures 54″ wide, 48″ Height and 22″ Depth. Circa 1900.
