Unique and detailed pair of incised and etched Mettlach vases by Villeroy and Boch which date to 1905. The vases are fully decorated with detailed designs done in an attractive coloring of blues, browns, golds, and cream colors. The interiors of the vases have a finished texture with a soft almost pink coloring. Both vases measure 9″ high, at the widest points are approximately 6″ diameter. The top is 4″ diameter across, while the base is 3 5/8″diameter. These vases would make a wonderful statement in either a home or office setting. Note that this vase mold is number #1829 which is impressed on the bottom of each vase. What a great find and to have a pair of Mettlach vases, you will not want to miss adding these to your own personal Mettlach collection.
