Here is a beautiful and impressive bank you won’t see very often – this is the “Palace” cast iron bank made by Ives, circa 1885. Wow, this is an impressive looking piece with lots of fine casting detail, with gold painted highlights and green grass in front, coin slot on back behind spire, hinged coin trap has embossed letters ”I.B. & Co.” measuring a large 7-1/2″ high x 8″ wide x 5″ deep. The bank is in excellent original condition.
