Antique Victorian Brass Piano Lamp with Red Bulls eye Red Satin Globe. This was originally purchased from the Swartz house out of Moberly, Missouri in 1965. This lamp is complete with the brass floor self-standing stand, burner, chimney and exceptional red satin glass globe decorated in the Bulls eye attractive pattern. There is patent dates on the brass post that date range from April 4, 1871, June 18, 1878 to July 3, 1882. This impressive red bull’s eye satin glass shade oil lamp with brass stand measures 60″ high, with a 10″ diameter globe and the widest point where the burner is secured is 7″ diameter while the base of the lamp is 19″ wide by 19″ wide across the three-legged base. This is a remarkable lamp. There is one brass screw that has been replaced over the years and I can also see that one of the brass decorative curls on the base has been secured, but the lamp is still all there, which makes this lamp and stand and exceptional and beautiful find!
