Victorian Square Glass Pickle Castor Insert with E.G. Webster & Bro.

This is a beautiful Victorian pickle castor that features a clear etched and embossed insert square shaped jar with a floral design. The holder, lid and tongs are equally beautiful and detailed and are marked by the maker, ‘E. G. Webster & Bro – NY – Hard White Metal’. The holder measures 12″ high and at the widest is 5 1/4″ wide by 4″ deep. Note the unique shape of the insert and how it fits perfectly into this holder and lid, proving that this holder and lid are indeed the ones that are original to this insert.
