This is an early antique quilt that features the early dark red fabric which makes up the flower petals in this variation of the ‘Pot of Flowers’ antique quilt pattern for this quilt. The red colors of the flower petals next to the mint green stems and flower pot make for a striking and attractive color combination along with the white and yellow fabrics that make up this quilt. This quilt has excellent stitching that measures 7 stitches per inch and this is a large quilt that is 98″ x 79″. This quilt is in excellent original condition and one can see the cotton seeds through the backing when you closely on this quilt. This quilt came from an estate auction out of Lincoln, Nebraska.
