This oak ribbon cabinet has six doors that drop down on each side and two middle sections that slide in and out. The cabinet has the original tag, ‘A.N. Russell & Sons’. This cabinet was made at the turn of the Century (1900) for the Country Store that would need a display for sewing ribbon and the ribbon was dispensed from these cabinets. People like to use these cabinets today as a wine rack display, or they make an excellent cabinet to display one’s antique crock rolling pins. This fine oak cabinet measures 37 1/2″ high, 28 1/2″ wide by 18 1/2″ deep. Circa 1900.
