Antique Rookwood Pottery floral vase that is done with a rich sea green glaze. The vase is artist signed by Mary Madeline Nourse and dates to 1892. Beautiful enameled floral design with excellent depth that one can quickly feel when touching your finger over the surface of the vase. This vase measures 6 3/4″ high and has a diameter of 4 3/4″ at the widest point. Impressed on the bottom with mold number ‘462D’. Mary Nourse worked at Rookwood from 1891 to October of 1905. She was a niece of internationally known artist, Elizabeth Nourse. This is a beautiful piece of artist signed Rookwood, a piece that you will want to add to your own personal collection.
