Exceptional all original RS Prussia marked, medallion mold 14 bowl that features in the center a detailed floral rose design against a cream background. The top rim of the bowl features a deep cobalt blue color that contrasts nicely again the cream color in the center. What is quick to catch your eyes are the five medallion cameo portraits around the top edge of the bowl that each have a portrait of a beautiful woman. The portraits depict the lovely ladies of Countess Potocka, Madame Recamier, and Madame Lebrun I. Excellent details are featured in each of these portraits. Also note the gold highlights throughout this bowl that give a rich and lovely attraction. This bowl measures 11″ in diameter and the edges are 3 1/4″ high.
