Porcelain Enameled Penny Scale – Peerless coin operated and in good condtion. This is a Peerless Weighing Machine Company Detroit porcelain enamel over cast iron loli-pop style mercantile drug store scale. The one cent penny coin operated scale shows a painted glass center section, round glass top and art deco column frame. The round mirror face of the scale reads: Honest Weight One Cent. The base has a tile like design. The piece is from circa 1900-1920. This Scale measures 70″ height, 18″ wide and 20″ depth. This scale was in John and Annette’s home for years.
