This is a beautiful set of 7 matching Bookcases made by Globe Wernicke. Note the leaded glass on each top section and the 3 – 12″ high stacking bottom sections on each unit. These are the taller sections that allow for taller books. The top leaded unit is 8″ in height and the next section down is 10″ height. The finish is good condition and all original. Set of Six Pressback Chairs in good condtion. They have a carved back with fine turned spindles and plank seat. Measures 40″ height, seat 15″ wide and 17″ depth. Height of seat to floor is 18″. Circa 1900.
