Antique Squirrel – Nut Cracker Painted Gray over Cast Brass – 1950’s. This is a heavy figural nut cracker and on the tail mechanism it is stamped H.E. Cox Norfolk, VA. Herman Elwood Cox applied for a patend on August 8 1946 for this nut cracker. Measures 8″ wide, 5 3/4″ Height and 2 3/4″ depth.
