Victorian Photo Album Vertical Upright Position

This is an unusual Victorian photo album. It has a leather type cover with an embossed type design. The top is capped with a brass decorative piece that supports the brass latch. This album is taller rather than wider it measures 9 1/2″ high and the base is 5″ wide and 3″ deep. On the interior this album will hold 2 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ size items and, you can hold twelve pictures. On the backside of the album there is gold lettering and it reads, ‘D.R. Patent No. 35136.’ This accordion type photo album would make an excellent addition to one’s antique collection.
