Wedgwood Flow Blue Platter & Matching Dinner Plates – 9 Pcs. Cattle or Cow Theme

This is a matching set of flow blue Wedgwood plates and one large platter that are all decorated with a cattle theme. The eight plates all have the same scene that depicts cattle walking down a trail, while the platter is also decorated with horned cattle but they are grazing and wading in shallow water. The platter is featured in the reference book, The Collector’s Encyclopedia of Flow Blue China’ on page 62, by Mary Frank Gaston. The platter measures 17″ x 13 1/2″ and the edge of the platter is 2″ high. The plates are all 10″ in diameter, and all nine items are marked on the backside ‘Wedgwood & Co. Lt. England’.
