These are three soap box derby hats. The hats advertise that this hat is worn by a Soap Box Derby Contestant. And the hat has a turret top and the body is by Fisher. Notice on the inside that the hats are adjustable and there is a chin strap to keep the helmets on when racing your soap derby car. Good original condition. One of the red hats has a small pierced slit in the top. The hats measure approximately 10 1/2″ from brim to the back of the hat and they stand 5″ high, and are 8″ wide. Someone wrote the year 1947 on the gold helmet. So I am guessing this is the time period of these helmets. These came from Don Hagadon of Cozad, Nebraska.
