American Antique Black 8 Petal Flowers Quilt

This beautiful quilt has been pieced together in a ‘Flower’ design and each flower has 8 petals. The contrasting dark black alternating petal pieces on the flowers really stand out against the soft white and pink fabric that has also been used on this quilt. The quilt measures 69″ x 90″ and the stitching per inch is approximately 10 stitches per inch, which is an amazing feature. This quilt came from out of a collection in North Carolina. Circa 1930’s.
