This is a lower vase or a footed pedestal bowl shaped D’Argental cameo art glass bowl that has been done in a floral theme. Leaves on the underside, roses around the center of the bowl with thorn branches between the roses, and a unique feature is the lighter colored textured almost reptile or snake hide effect top edging. This bowl is marked by its maker, ‘D ‘Argental’. It measures 6 1/2″ diameter and stands 3 1/4″ high. Excellent all original condition on this fine example of cameo art glass.
