Antique French Cameo Vase Signed MODA Circa 1918 to 1925

This is a beautiful piece of signed ‘Moda’ cameo frosted art glass vase that is acid cut and highlighted, with an enameled paint. This vase has a scene of a lake in the mountains with trees and reflections in the water, and birds flying in the sky. In Blount’s ‘French Cameo Glass’ book on page 128, photo 227, item B , there is a bowl that has the same signature, as this vase does. The signature is given a close up on page 153. #191 signature.  The height is 4 1/2″ high and 4 1/2″ diameter at the largest part. The vase is all original, with no repairs, and no cracks or chips. This is a beautiful piece of signed cameo art glass that would make an excellent addition to any collection.  Circa 1918 – 1925
