This pair of oak bookcases are made by the Danner Furniture Company. The bookcases are in original condition. Each bookcase has three sections that are stacking units with adjustable shelves on the inside of sections. (the bottom section has a step back – is deeper, 14 1/2″ and has a writing surface board that pulls out). The doors slide horizontally, the well known Danner feature. Measures 82″ Height, 16″ Depth at the base, 37 ” Width. Nice to find a matching pair. Circa 1900. –
