This is a match pair of creamer and sugar that is signed by the company, Pisgah Forest Pottery. Notice how the interiors are glazed with a pink tone and that this pink cast is even in the lid of the sugar. A fine early 1900s example of this North Carolina pottery’s production. This set is done in a blue glaze and exhibits the fine crazing common with this type of work. The creamer measures 3″ high and has a diameter of approximately 4 1/4″ from the handle to the tip of the spout. The sugar is 3 1/2″ high to the top of the finial on the sugar bowl. Notice the darker blue color around the very base of both the sugar and the creamer and also the lid on the sugar has this darker blue tone. Both pieces are in excellent all original condition with no cracks, chips, etc
