Antique Sarouk Large Area Floor Rug – Circa 1920 – Floral and Colorful

This is a huge original antique room style floor rug that measures 19 feet long by 10 feet 2 inches wide. We have been told this is a Sarouk rug and circa would be 1920’s. Very colorful rug done with blues, varying reds or burgundy colors, and tan are the main colors and decorated with a floral theme that covers almost the entire surface of the rug. This is an exceptional rug, and the condition is very good, and the colors are bright and colorful. There are a few stains in the carpet, which is to be expected as the rug came directly out of a home here in south central Nebraska and we have not tried to clean it. It appears that something spilled on the carpet. We have taken several photos of this rug; the condition of this rug is very even and there are no worn spots and again the overall condition is very good and even all over the surface area of this very decorative and large early rug. The backside also has no repairs, no holes, very good. This is an exceptional rug, and one that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal antique collection.
