A great original example of a wooden and metal kitchen utensil known as a kraut or vegetable cutter. Notice that on the backside of this piece there is still the original paper label which identifies this as a E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter Kraut and Vegetable Cutter. Note that there is even patent dates on this piece, dating to 1904 and 1905. This piece measures 25″ long is 9 1/4″ wide and 4 1/2″ high. Also, note on the sides the metal brackets are also embossed with the Keen Kutter logos.
