Antique all original mother of pearl teething ring and marked ‘Sterling’ in two places on the attached personalized birth record rattle. This rattle is personalized with the birth record information and notice the embossed designs on the front of the rattle and then on the backside the rattle is engraved ‘8-10-50 and 7 lbs. 11 oz. for the personalized part of this rattle. The rattle is 1 1/4″ long and with the attached ring this piece is 3″ long and is 1 3/4″ diameter across the ring portion. The width is approximately 3/8″ wide across the bottom of the rattle.
