Antique Quarter Sawn Oak Bookcase is in exceptional good original finish.  The top has a fine beaded design and the base has a drawer. This cabinet is made by Macey each door has a spring mechanism that allows each door to open and close very smoothly. There are four sections, with the bottom one being a deeper section with an interior of 12″depth and 13″ height. The next two sections are 8″ depth and 11″ height and the top section is 8″ depth and 9″ height. (This bookcase has an early stamp reading: last United States Patent – Date May 5, 1903. Macey – Sectional Bookcases Manufactured by The Fred Macey Company Grand Rapids, Michigan. Then the patends to other countries Great Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Russia and Austria (all the dates were no later than August 12, 1901.) This is one of the cleanest original sectional bookcases that we have been able to find. You will not want to miss adding this bookcase to your own personal collection.
