Antique Owl Figural Cast Iron Bookends – Dated 1922

This is a nice original pair of cast iron figural bookends that feature a perched owl resting on a post. On the backside there is an impressed number 79 and there is a faint signature and I can’t make out the information except for the date 1922. The bookends measure 6″ high and the base is 4 1/2″ wide by 2 3/8″ deep.
