Charging Bull Bronze Sculpture by Artist Isidore Bonheur, France (1827-1901)

Charging Bull bronze sculpture signed by the artist ‘I. Bonheur’ (Isidore Bonheur). The charging expressions are wonderfully captured in this muscular and fierce bronze that resonates power and action all done with beautiful brown patina coloring.
The bronze is featured on top of a black slate for a majestic finishing touch. The black slate is protected on the underside with a slightly worn felt pad. The sculpture is 23″ length and 9″ width and 14″ height. This bull statue weighs 80 lbs.
