Antique Cast Iron Coachman Boy or Jockey Type Hitching Post – Held a Lantern – 145 lbs

Antique Cast iron coachman figural boy hitching post that some might refer to as a jockey boy. Painted with red and white with some black apparel. Notice that at one point this hitching post was wired to light up and hold a lantern good condition, with good details. This hitching post measures 47 1/2″ in height and the base is 16″ wide by 15″deep.  The height of the base is 7 1/2″ high. Weighs 145 lbs. This piece came from an auction in Estes Park, Colorado several years ago. We currently have a second jockey coachman hitching post that would make a nice match with this hitching post!
