Antique 2 Gallon Red Wing Water Cooler with Original Lid

Antique Red Wing Water Cooler with the lid and the Red Wing emblem on the front of the cooler. This piece is a rare and harder to find piece that we are excited to be able to offer for sale. Notice that this cooler still has the wire handles in the molded handle slots. The piece is marked also with the oval, ‘Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. – Red Wing Minn.’ marking. There is on the outside some flaws in the glaze covering the entire surface of the cooler this would have been original to the making of this water cooler and there is also on the interior a small crows foot, but one can see that the glaze is over the top and smooth and this too would have been original to when this water cooler was made. Again, it is hard to find this size and we are wanting to make you aware of the complete condition, but we are thrilled to have found this piece. It measures 12 1/4″ high to the top of the lid, is approximately 9″ diameter at the widest point and from handle to handle is 10″ wide.
