Dare Devil Motor Drome tin wind-up Racer Car made by Marx

This is a Vintage 1940’s Louis Marx & Co. Daredevil Motor Drome  in the original box. This piece is all original, complete and in like new condition. The toy is made of tin and the drome is made of an early plastic material.  The instructions which are printed on the box read as follows: After winding, place car, with key down, against inside wall of Motor Dome, near the bottom. Give slight shove and release wheels at same time. The box that stores the motor race car drome measures 9 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ deep and stands 9 1/2″ high. Bright and colorful is the color combinations on this marked Marx toy. (We do not have the tin car).
