Antique Wood Dentzel Carousel Carved Wood Horse. This neat horse was a middle row prancer. Dentzal. Dentzel carousel companyoperated in Philadelphia. The horse was restored in the 1980’s by Rita Orre of Ohio who was very well known for restoring figures in the Carousel Circles. She and here husband Allen helped with the restoration of Broad Ripple Park Carousel The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
John and Annette bought this horse from Rita years ago. (there are seem separations in the paint). Horse is very solid. This large horse stands 63″ height, 55″ length and 12″ depth. Circa 1905
