Antique Dresden Plate Pattern Pieced Quilt – Hand Stitched –

This is a hand stitched antique pieced quilt that has been done in the attractive Dresden plate pattern. The quilt measures 78″ x 76″ and the hand stitching in this quilt is 10 to 11 stitches per inch. Note the flour sack patterns that have been used in this quilt and the detailed quilted design that adds extra beauty and depth to this quilt. The red and green floral design border that has been used to encircle this quilt is also very attractive and is a nice finishing touch to this quilt. Exceptional original condition on this quilt that dates to the 1930’s.
