Early 1900’s Bevin Cast Iron & Steel Boxing Ring Bell

What a great find is this all original old cast iron and steel fight ring bell which is identified by its maker, ‘Bevin’ in embossed letters across the bottom back plate. This ring bell has a wooden knocker which will ring the bell when the lever is pulled. The diameter of this bell is 10″, this bell extends out from the surface approximately 4 1/2″. We have been told that this bell was used in a boxing ring from the Chicago, Illinois area, however I do not have any paperwork to verify this statement. This is a unique and fun piece that would make a great addition to ones antique bell collection.
