Hubley Fish Company Cast Iron – Soldier Footmen – Door Stop

This is an exceptional all original example of the Hubley @ Fish cast iron door stop know as the double footmen Soldier. This piece is marked number 272 with an impressed number on the back of the doorstop. This doorstop measures 9″ high and the base is 6″ wide by 1 3/4″ deep. Excellent original patina on this doorstop. This doorstop came from the Bobbie True Estate in Kansas City, MO. This doorstop is featured in the Smith’s Door Stop reference book, on page 213.
