Antique Pair of Ideal Globe Wernicke Oak Barrister Bookcases – (5 -12″ High Sectionals) – 85 1/2″ height

Antique pair of quarter sawn oak Ideal Globe Wernicke bookcases. Best of the Best! Each bookcase has 5 sections high, and each unit is the taller 12″ high units. These are beautiful with beveled glass windows with decorative carved columns on the sides and raised beveled panels on the ends. Step back ledge on the base with drawer and cast brass handles.  Measures 34″ Wide, 85 1/2″ height and 11 3/4″ depth (base 14 3/4″ depth). Circa 1900. These unusual and rare bookcases came from a collection in Pella, Iowa.
