The lamp adjusts up and down and the metal shade swivels on this iron and brass vintage light. The base has a cast iron weight for stabilityand is stamped Will Ross Inc., Milwaukee Wis. This floor lamp adjusts from 52″ to 74″ tall, the base is 10″ diameter.
