Beautiful, circa 1890 French Limoges Coronet porcelain fish dinnerware Set that includes 10 hand painted fish plates & 1 large serving platter, along with the gravy boat and undertray. Each piece is artist signed. The colors are vibrant and playful. Each plate has a variety of fish swimming through plants and flowers. They have a scalloped edge with a raised molded border, with heavy applied gold highlights. It is marked on the back “LIMOGES FRANCE” “CORONET” that used this mark circa 1891-1920. Measurements: Plates: 9 1/2″ inches diameter Platter: 24 3/4″ inches long by 11 1/4″ inches wide. Gravy Boat: 9″ long by 4 3/4″ high by 3 1/2″ wide and the underplate is 9 1/2″ long by 6 1/2″ wide and 1″ high. Condition: All pieces are in excellent overall condition, with only some wear on the gold highlights.
