Antique Mahogany Parlor Set – Settee & Arm Chair

Two Piece Victorian Mahogany Parlor Set a Settee and Armchair. Settee Double Back with Carved Chimera Crest Over Solid Splat. Curving Arms to hand Holds with Spindle Supports. Molded Saddle Seat Above Cabriole Front Legs and Turned Back Legs with Turned Stretcher Base. Beautiful carved winged griffins with dragon typefaces matching in both the bench and chair’s back. Good Condition.   This set still has a furniture tag on the bottom that reads, ‘Stickley and Brandt Chair Co Chairs and Rockers”.  The chair measures 41″ high, and the arms are 27″ wide, and 21″ deep. The seat is 18″ wide, 18 1/2″ deep and from the floor the seat is 18″ high. The settee is 48″ wide, 41″ high, and 20 1/2″ deep, from the floor the seat of the bench is 17 1/2″ high. Beautiful style on this 1900’s set.
